The heritage of the past is the seed that brings forth the harvest of the future. We created a holistic concept of the Mediterranean heritage approach. The air, the sun, an olive tree, and the marble as genuine ingredients of the Mediterranean peninsula. A natural material which has come, years ago, to define a whole region and has become the symbol and the legacy of timelessness and aesthetic feeling. Our task has been to give a flourishing naming in order to distinctive every product, and in general to elevate the Heritage Collection by Candia in what has to become a highly competitive series of products. Located on the Dionyssos marble quarry we were forced to push the boundaries of shooting in a high industrial area full of limitations and difficulties. Taking advantage of the white, bright Mediterranean light, we inserted the gentle uniqueness of the bed surfaces to the elegant details of the marble characteristics. The importance of light and dark, of covered and uncovered. The result is an art direction of beauty, elegance, honesty, and integrity that is a perfect parallel to the geometric perfection and structural honesty of the location. With a remarkable print detail and using craft-like papers, we relocated the environmental uniqueness of the quarry in the brochure. As a result, a precious literature-oriented brochure/medium for communication was created. A combination of paper and typography, that already inherent in their corporate beliefs. With a playful creative expression, we created an animated and energetic personality film with dynamic storytelling and intelligent acting. Our total approach was to create a concept that brought together industrial and natural perfection.
